What are the possibilities of getting Block Names added to the text field list?
How would you use it?
The same as any other text field where it displays the name a block in either a leader or piece of text, similar to object name, but block name.
I was looking more for a description of some problem that having this new text field choice would solve for your work flow.
I’ve added it to the wish list.
There are actually many uses I can image for this, one being if you use blocks as parts you would then be able to label them in drawings. Then if the part was switched out the label would change.
