Block Edit Issue

There is an issue with the block edit: If I edit a block and undo the changes and press undo until I hit the Blockedit command I get the following message: “Aborting BlockEdit, undoing past the initial BlockEdit command.” I hit OK (only choice). The Block edit window stays open. Sometimes everything inside the block disappears. I press Undo again the block content reappears, but exploded.
