I have some trees’ blocks distributed in an urban 3D and they are classified by type of three in different layers and blocks. In order to achieve some randomness I have applied a script to rotate them an aleatory angle.
Now I would like to achieve also some randomness inside the same type. My idea would be to have a Block called ‘‘Pine tree’’ and that would correspond to two or three different pine models (different block definitions) that will appear with a random frequency where a ‘‘Pine tree’’ block is placed.
Would that make sense? Anyone has an idea or a different approach to it?
