Blank printer preview window

Hello, on one PC I get blank printer preview window, Rhino 6 ask for install a RDK library, I tried several versions (6.6, 6,10, 6.11, 6.12) but the result is the same. The OS of the PC is Microsoft Windows 10 Pro, Build 1809, Language is Italian.

Someone had this problem?

Make sure that the RDK plug-in is enabled in Tools » Options » Plug-ins

Also ensure its DLLs aren’t blocked by antivirus software.
