in Windows 7, this works for sure, just did it:
- go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\SystemFileAssociations\image\shell\edit\command in registry editor
- paste your programme path in Default key, make sure you paste it correctly:
“your programme here” “%1”
mine was:
“C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2018\Photoshop.exe” “%1”
keep the " " where they appear.
