I’m working through the Grasshopper tutorials and wanting to use Bifocals.gha but for some reason it produces the above error. It used to work. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Unless you have a second Bifocals widget in the document, which is a no-no, you could try emailing Bifocals support at marc.syp@gmail.com, according to Food4Rhino.

I started over with a fresh GH canvas and that solved the problem.
