Best Tool in 2023 to Export Rhino Model to 3D PDF?

Hi, I would like to know what is the best way to export a Rhino 3D model and visualize it in 3D in a PDF as if it was a viewport. Free or Paid, whichever.

Thanks for any suggestions.

3d pdf is rather outdated. You can use a webgl tool like koru. Creates a html file with 3d content which everyone with a browser can view.
