i have the same problem for small line width settings (not a solution, just to link to a similr topic):

> [@Pdf via export, line width below 0.25mm / 0.7 pt?](https://discourse.mcneel.com/t/pdf-via-export-line-width-below-0-25mm-0-7-pt/132509):

> how do i export a pdf with line width below 0.25mm or 0.7 pt ? I would need a trustable 0.1pt output or less for the laser-cutter to understand the generated pdf. I am asking for \_export format = pdf, (not print, save as pdf). looks like line width below 0.7 pt 0.25mm is always set / rounded up to this value ? any settings I miss ? minimum line width ? or is it a bug ?
