I need to make a round hollow hose in Rhino and bend it but I want to bend it more gently at a 90 degree angle rather than in a sharp square shape

Based on your previous question you’re taking about render mesh settings, nothing to actually do with the model.

Create a centreline for the hose.

Use the _Pipe command to make the hose. In the command line, change its Thick option to Yes so you can enter the radius of the inner bore as well as the outer.
