Beginners Question

I am a complete beginner, so please excuse my basic question and most likely not worded correctly. I just wanted to know if it was possible to record animation (turntable) in the perspective view just with the normal render from the drop down menu. Hope that makes sense, and if it does how do you do it?

Thank you, but it was not what I was really looking for. I wanted to know if you could record an animation (rendered) in the preview render frame.

you can make it with an external program like camstudio, OBS or similar where you can record the screen

Hello - it looks to me like the answer above is what you need - you can set the capture method to rendered viewport.
