Baking scaled object issue

The difference between the two lines’ length is 20 cm, but after baking, it is 14.90 cm.

The issue is that the final scaled line is getting scaled from wherever the base plane is set… in this case it’s set to {0.0, 1.0, 0.0), so the final scale is scaling the line so that some of it extends outward over the left-hand edge, but some of it also get’s extended out over the right-side edge. You’re only measuring from the left-most side back to the corner point (which is 14.90). If you put a dimension on the right-side you’ll see it overhangs 5.10 which equals the 20.0 you were looking for.
