Avatar image doesn't seem to update

Hey, I have followed the instructions here https://discourse.mcneel.com/t/how-to-change-avatar-image/43803?source_topic_id=44860

My avatar image changes when i view it in my account, https://accounts.rhino3d.com , but it doesn’t seem to update on the forum.

Is this a company default setting perhaps that i should investigate how our company settings are configured? I have poked at it a bit but with no success…
