I think I’ve been observing something new where my Rhino 9 Wip loads embedded files again and again after an Autosave.
This can take a lot of time on big files.
It seems the problem can be triggered manually by running _Autosave.
It get’s nasty when a linked file contains embedded blocks.
Is any of these settings responsible for this?
Here are two files to try:
The banana file is inserted as embedded and linked reference. The Solidworks file is just linked and set to reference.

I think I’ll just deactivate autosave for a while.
