When a attribute is set when making the GH script the values is set. But at another machine or when you make a new definition, update must be done manual.
Am I missing something, I think it is the same with the Autobolt list.

You might need to uninstall the old one first, from the extensions manager in Tekla Structures.

Here, Auto Value Lists should convey any updates like new filters or presets to the dropdowns in the dialog. The dropdowns are refreshed at least whenever the plugin is reloaded or attributes are loaded from a plugin instance, and there are also new buttons to refresh the individual dropdowns manually.
If you have a chance, give it a proper test and report any issues. A lot of the timing for how things are triggered, loaded and updated have been changed, so there is some potential for unwanted side-effects. I think the biggest risk for unwanted side effects will be when changing the definition path, creating/loading presets, and getting attributes from the model by double-clicking inserted plugin instances
