Attraction Point and Domain: not altering the shapes in rhino viewport

Yes, I created an attraction point in order for the scale to change from Bigger scale to smaller scale based on the position of the point but failed to achieve it. as for the domain, I tried to manipulate the offset using the domain start and the domain end instead of the offset but when I turn off the offset all the grid disappears.
