Asked about text fields, and blocks

Question 1: Excuse me sir, please help me, here I am experiencing confusion regarding inserting a block object that contains text, which text I can edit according to my needs, for example, I want to create a drawing title entity in one block package, how do I do it when inserting blocks into my drawing then I can edit the “scale” and “title” text parts to be different according to my needs. I apologize for my explanation which may be confusing, I hope seniors can understand the meaning of my explanation above. Thank you very much sir, may God always bless you.

Question 2: This is a text field that I built, if there are errors/mistakes in my text field, please correct it, please help me. So the disadvantage of the text field is that when I have inserted the block entity, then when there is a change in the text content, I cannot edit it directly in the block entity itself, but instead I have to delete it and then insert it again as in image 1, then image 2, so I lost the consistency of the insert point from the previous block. What steps/paths should I take to fix all the mess I’m experiencing, please help sir. Thank You

or maybe if there is a link that discusses something similar, please provide guidance, thank you

I am very grateful for the time you took to help me.

To edit a text field associated with a block, you must not be in the block edit mode (because the purpose of text field is that it can have different value from one block to another).

Just select the block you want to change, go to its properties tab and then the attribute user text sub-tab : there you can edit the value of the field.
