Asign boolean values to the list on a given items

Hello everyone!

I’ve searched through the forum a hint how to assign boolean to the lists, but can’t find how to do that to a particular item. List A shows the number of the item in the List B, which I was trying to asign as False, when the rest in the List B have to be True. Is it possible? I would be glad for any help
