Artifact on render mesh face

Hi there !

We spotted an artifact on a render mesh face, which seem otherwise valid.
It’s just a basic triangle :

But when you look at it from the front view, there are shading artifacts all over it :

I don’t know if it has anything to do with your issue, but I notice that your AMD driver is over a year old and your Nvidia driver is about 6 months old. You might start by updating those.
