Where can I adjust the size of arrowheads made with command “Arrowhead”?

The arrowhead size cannot be changed.

use
_leader
instead of line with errowhead.
_leader is an annotation and its dimension is defined by the annotation style or overrides.
(do your own annotation style or just use the model space scale in properties)

This could also be done with a script. There’s two methods that could be used. DimStyleArrowSize and DimStyleLeaderArrowSize.
