Area or any native parameters trough API

Hi

Its there a method to get native VisualARQ parameters of objects such as Area or Volume through the API?

I am trying to get the Area of a Wall.
Then after some calculations add it to another custom parameter that is required by a standard.

I am trying to get it in a python 3 script component.

Thanks for the input.
I actually meant the area of the VisualARQ BIM Wall element.

Any idea if that is exposed through the VisualARQ API?
(It is accessible with a dedicated component, but i’d rather use it in a script)

Hi @Kaiko,

It is currently not possible to obtain the Area or Volume properties of objects through the VisualARQ Script API.

We are considering providing access to these properties in the next update of VisualARQ 3.
