I’m trying to view one of my projects in arctic view but it’s not coming out how it would normally produce an arctic view. This isn’t the first time it happened to me, last time the problem fixed itself but it has not yet.
If the command _ClearAllMeshes doesn’t work you may have to move your object closer to world origin. According the status bar info in your screenshot it is quite far away.
I moved it closer to the world origin and I tried the command, it still looks the same.
Also maybe reset the Arctic mode settings, in case you’ve changed it all unwittingly. Tools > Options > View > Display Modes > Arctic || Restore Defaults

Hi - is this a file-specific issue or does it also happen with a simple box in a new file from a factory-default template?

Yes, I just experimented with a new file. The arctic view works properly. I guess its just the file I was working on?

The file is too big to send through email. Maybe OneDrive? The file fixed itself, I just re-opened it today and the arctic view works properly. This is the second time it happened where it just took a couple of days and fixed itself.
