Architectural Ornament - Does anyone know what this is called?

I have a stone medallion that I am recreating for a building that is around 120 years old. The medallion has an architectural ornament on it that has been weathered badly. I would like to find something similar to get an idea what I will be modelling. Here are a couple of photos:

I think it is a bunch of leaves with berries on it. Has anyone seen something like this before?

Thanks,
Tom

I think it is a cartouches…but I can’t find one that resembles this “mass” shape…

Hm - looks like a very truncated oak leaves thing…

I think you’re right. The spherical areas were probably acorns at one time. Thanks for the lead!

Here is how the medallion turned out. It still needs to be washed, but you get the idea. Photos: Original stone, my rhino model, the positive, the rubber negative, and the new stone.

I like the way you did the leaves and acorns. —-Mark
