ApplyDynamicObjectTransforms gives inverse xform?

Looks like the transform we get from ChangeQueue.ApplyDynamicObjectTransforms() is inverse of the actual instance transform. Is this expected? Thanks.

Apparently we also get inverse xform in ApplyMeshInstanceChanges() as well now. Had to fix blocks. @nathanletwory, do you confirm this was changed?
