for some reason applycrv is applying curves to the inside of surface, or it at least appears that way because of the orientation of the letters. i’m sure it’s something stupid, but i can’t figure it out. any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks
Hi Kurt- use Analyze>Direction (Dir command) to adjust the U and V of the target surface to get the mapping to work as you like it. Does that help?

i actually tried that. originally they were pointed inwards. i flipped them so that they were pointed outwards, but still got the same results
Hi Kurt - its the U and V directions that you’ll need to adjust. Try swapping them first.
