Hi, I run v8 in no saving mode and by stupid misstake run raytracing and it stoped respond. Is there any keyboard combo to get back control off my screen?

@Mikael_Westerlundh You should be able to change the view mode back to another display mode.
Yes, I thought so -and did so. This was the reason in the first place. If U look in the orange line at the botton it show it stopped at 1 min 14 sec an show a blue spinning ball.

My question was if there maybe bee a keyboard combo to stop the raytrace command other than esc-option-command? To stop spinning blue ball.
This most likely is a hang due to a Metal driver crash in the operating system. In that case there is nothing to be rescued and you’ll have to force quit.
Assuming that’s the issue it is something we’ve escalated to Apple, but have yet to hear back if there is any chance of fixing the problem.
