Any Improvements in SubD's in V8?

Before I do any downloading of WIPs I want to see if there are any improvements or bug fixes (which I have reported) in SubD’s.

Is there a cumulative list anywhere?

As some point during Rhino 7 WIP development, you created a new commands list. Is there a timeline for something like that to happen for Rhino 8?
