Any easy shortcut for generating curves from images?

Hello, I was looking for any tips people have found for generating outline curves from an image (like for a logo to make it into 3D). The project in particular is for a Hell’s Angels ring. Is there a way for Rhino to perceive the outlines of the colored shapes and generate those outline curves?

After searching I found a really old post from like 2015 about this:

Raster to Vector and Vector to Raster Conversion - Cutting Shop (arborimage.com)

Just wondering if anyone has used this and if it’s any good these days, or if I should just suck it up and trace with Control Point Curves. Figure it could be worth investing in a shortcut program
if it works nicely, for family crests, logos, fancy fonts, etc.
