(Annoying) Display Problem with Custom Preview [MAC]

The grasshopper/rhino-mac version seems to be very buggy and it drives me nuts. However maybe I am the problem:

I´m trying to print a donout chart using two custom previews for A) the border and B) the filling. For example purpose I have reduced this definition like so (The stream-gate is “open”):

Bildschirmfoto 2021-09-29 um 15.21.58

with the correct expected rhino output:

Bildschirmfoto 2021-09-29 um 15.22.37

When I print this layout it looks like this:

Bildschirmfoto 2021-09-29 um 15.23.19

I´m going insane! I have used different shading options, different colours/etc. Why does it print the border correctly but not the surface???

EDIT: I was able to solve this problem by using a hatch component.

EDIT2: Now I can print the hatch but the text is not visible anymore since its underneath the hatch. Moving the text upwards, changing the “depths” attribute on the “screen-oriented-text” will not solve it. wow what a time to be alive…

Thanks in advancde.

There is often interference with Custom Preview from earlier components, requiring preview to be disabled on them, such as that Curve | Radius / Curve component.
