Annotations using rhino3dm

Is it possible to use rhino3dm to create annotations inside a rhino file?

I second this question. I can’t seem to find a way to create annotation text using rhino3dm. Only textdots

There are three flavors of Rhino3dm (.Net, .py, .js). Which one are you asking about?

There is very limited support for Annotations in rhino3dm. You can make text dots and add them to the 3dm file.
