Annotation Style Setting for Radial Dimensions

Is there any way to set up a style such that radial dimensions:

  1. Use “<>R” instead of “R<>” and
  2. Center mark is disabled?

I’d like to disable the centre mark if possible too :+1:t3:

There may be one for the centermark burred but I have not found one for <>R.
