You are not very clear as to how you have exported what, but afaik the way to go is to generate your 1:10 and 1:5 parts as separate layout viewports (note that this will work only in parallel viewports, perspective viewports do not have a defined scale factor), and then dimension those layout viewports without opening the viewports themselves (i.e. do not doubleclick them). You will be able to choose the dimension style in the usual way, but you will find that the dimension values assume the scaling factor of the relevant viewport.
