An error in choosing the starting points for drawing shapes

Peace be upon you. There is a problem that occurs to me when I draw a group of rectangles from different starting points. One draws twice correctly and the other draws all the rectangles from the starting point as in the picture

0.0
I added for the value ten to draw the shapes in another location

But it still draws the shapes combined from a point of 0.0
