All materials show as white image

I’ve just loaded rhino Mac trial on an iMac to pull out some renderings because my MacBook isn’t strong enough.
The model has transferred fine with all previous elements showing correct on the rendered view and in test render but any new objects with new materials show as white.
The image preview in Render Content files all show the desired material as a texture but as soon as it is loaded into rhino the texture image is lost and the ‘ball preview’ show as white.

Image 1-Material previously in file has loaded and link correctly
Image 2-White ‘ball preview’ instead of old smokey bricks
Image 3-Render Content file displaying all textures correctly

Hi @edc0125 Can you use the Export command with a few objects selected that have materials applied but do not show up for you? Make sure Save Textures is checked in the Export window. My first guess is that this Mac is not allowing Rhino to communicate with the internet to download the new textures in newly assigned materials. A command you could try to test this is DownloadLibraryTextures that will grab them all at once. If it fails the command line messages at the bottom left of the UI will say so.
