Aligning/Orienting 2 Surfaces

I have two surfaces. Both are the same profile and size. Surface 1 has holes. I would like to get those holes on Surface 2. Moving Surface 1 to Surface 2 is the way I’ve attempted but there are too many moves & rotations involved and it seems like a clumsy approach. Is there an elegant way to do this? I need to keep Surface 2 in its position in space.Two Surfaces Example.gh (3.5 KB)

If the Surface 1 is a trimmed surface, you can use Copy Trim.

BTW, your two surfaces should be identical with U & V surface directions…
