Aligned Dimensions not sticking to points?

For whatever reason, if I insert an aligned dimension and then change its model space scale (so the text and arrow are smaller), the end point where I referenced will shift to some other location. This messes up the dimension I actually wanted to show.

This has happened to several locations in the same model. What gives?

Not really. I’ll have to make a separate file and test the anomaly.
