Advanced Fillet surface problem, need help!

Attempting to add a 0.1 fillet along the top edges of this object. The object is able to due the trim however it doesn’t! trim the original object. I’ve tried everything!

Hello - try this: ExtractSrf and delete the flat ends and then Cap the result, then apply the fillets.

Hello - my guess of the moment is the problem is at the pointy end of those end caps in the original file - the UV structure comes to a point there and the extension of the fillet surface through the base plane looks like it does not quite know what to do and stops short.

I’ll ask the developer to have a look, but where ever you can replace a complex surface structure with a simpler one (a trimmed plane, here) that is generally a good thing.
