Adding wallpaper to view causes grid artefacts

Placing a jpg as the wallpaper in a view to assist modelling causes a) false grid lines to appear at certain zoom levels and b) the distinction between major and minor lines to disappear at others. Turning off the Show option removes the artefacts with the wallpaper, but they reappear when I turn Show back on.

Hi Jeremy - My guess of the moment is this is due to how grid and image pixels line up at certain zooms - I’ll have a play with it.
