Adding part of text behind a selected number of items

Hi Challenge:

There is a list, containing several items with text.

Question:
I would like to add the text part with the ? symbol, behind the items, below.
However, untill there is anopther ? mark, the items below will have the ‘new’ id?

The wanted resulted, is shown at the right.
