Adding new line types in Rhino 7 WIP doesn't work properly

Hi,

I tried to add a new line type, more specifically dash 3.00 3.00, but it doesn’t work! Rhino would freeze for ca. 10 mins, then the line type’s properties would be 1.00. Tried to change it to 3.00 3.00, but without success.

Please consider solving this issue for the next builds.
