I remember years ago I was told that this option would be scheduled for Rhino 6, and on the other hand does not exist. You could add to the command options?

A solid option is still on the feature list (alone with a few other feature enhancements, but it is designated as “future”.
The developer that would work on it, is otherwise deeply occupied on getting all of the annotation tools in V6 updated to use Rich Text. It’s a big project.
I can’t tell if it will make it into V6 or not.
It doesn’t seem likely at this point, but that’s just a guess.
