Add option: Extrusion curve up to a limit

As for the command "surface extrusion up to a limit, it would be useful to be able to make an extrusion of a curve up to a limit (when possible), it avoids the need to trim the surfaces thereafter.

use the ‘To Boundry’ option in ExtrudeCrv
