If the Zoo service is running and has licenses, then use the Zoo Diagnostic tool from the workstation to test the connection: https://wiki.mcneel.com/zoo/diagnostics
You might try “Repairing” the Zoo 6 install using the Control Panel tools too.
The installer adds the product “plug-ins” that support the different license types.
If something moved or deleted them, then you could get those errors.
The only other thing I can think of to check is the Zoo service event logs.
Start your Zoo and attempt to add a license.
In The Zoo View menu, choose Event Viewer
Expand Applications and Services Logs
Select McNeel
Browse through the events (newest is at the top) looking for Zoo events
If it works, the log event looks something like this:
I get 6 events, all ID 0.
