Add Child Layer example does nothing

Either I’m not understanding what this script is supposed to do but it looks like the python script on this link does nothing?

Haven’t tried in C# or VB.Net though.

Thanks; it looks like this is specific to the “Default” layer. If you have a different layer active, the script should succeed
