Drag it into Grasshopper, not Rhino.
Quite old component ! It is present but doesn’t work for some reason. Plankton Mesh seems to be not working with this old component.
I advise to use up to date component (remesh by color …), like the one described recently in this discussion.

is there really no way to use mesh machine in rhino 8? I am meshing garments and meshmachine seems to be better for that purpose
Why is MeshMachine better?
Better ask @DanielPiker, he is the creator of the tool and perphaps he can do something with the incompatibilities?
