A very annoying UI problem

I am hoping someone can help me with this UI issue in Grasshopper.

I recently did a windows update and the top bar turned black. I can’t read any of the text. I do not know how to switch it back to a light color. Is this a windows setting or a GH interface issue?

In the Windows search box search for this: winver

You’ll get a small popup the tells you what your current Windows version number is. It will look like this:
