A command that locks two solids from an intersection

I am looking for a command that attaches two solids from a point or center like the mate command in solidworks. A way to start the rotation from the intersection/ tangent that you set as “always in contact?” Like an anchor point of two solids together.

I am looking for a command that attaches two solids from a point or center like the mate command in solidworks.

There are no such constraints in Rhino. For animation purposes, you can set this up in Kangaroo in Grasshopper or in Bongo. This is also something that is being looked at for Rhino 8.
