A command like "pipe" but can we change the profiles also?

Hello everyone. i wonder if anyone knows a command or a plugin that works like pipe command. What i mean is when i select multiple curves i can pipe them all in one but how about if i can change the profile and dimentions too? like square or triangle or any shape i want.

thanks for the reply. i use this many times but what i need is simple square boxes in variant lenghts. i have multiple curves and doing sweep1 one by one takes ages. orient doesnt work because lines are not straight and profiles come rotated and i need to change them manually. i need a “command+change profile+give dimentions+enter” and boom this can also be a grasshopper and maybe there can be a box where we can change the profile
