6.16: Redistribution download misses de-de directory

Hi @brian,

today I’ve downloaded the redist directory of Rhino 6.16 for the offline installation, and noticed that the de-de directory is missing.

Were you downloading from the de-de installer? If so, the German language pack is already embedded in the installer and so we don’t download it a second time.
