6.1519 capture parallel view different than screen size still broken

Capture to file feature is one of my favorite in v6, i really need it to work properly.
It is broken from 6.14 i think. Parallel view is moving somewhere down if you try to change resolution.
Please fix it ! Thank you!

Hello - does it help, for now, to maximize the viewport before the capture?

Hello,
Maximum that i can get is 1920x1080 and this also work with predefined value from drop list. Everything above is broken. Now i am capturing viewport like in old times by parts.
