Number of issues have cropped up in the latest release of Rhino Beta for Mac.

  1. Zoom, pan and orbit are no longer working at all. Despite numerous reboots and restarts which has resolved the problem in the past. It appears that all inputs from the trackpad for viewing the models don’t work.
  2. Selection of objects does not highlight the object in perspective view.

These issues only appeared after opening and closing Rhino a number of times.

Also when upgrading to the latest build the License Key is no longer required.

Don’t know if there is a short term solution to this problem or if it will be resolved in the next build.

Did you previously enter a license key for the previous Work-In-Progress?

Yes I had entered one in the first and second WIP that required a licence but haven’t had to since then.

Good, that’s expected behavior…though I suppose getting an e-mail from Brian Gillespie each time is not “elegant” (but we intend to fix that).

I don’t see anything unusual about your setup. Try creating a new user on your laptop and running Rhino there. That would eliminate any start up items or Rhino customizations you might have in your current login.
